HOSPITAL BILL CAMPAIGN FOR BABY JOHNMARY KIRABO
HOSPITAL BILL CAMPAIGN FOR BABY JOHNMARY KIRABO

MINI REPORT FOR BABY JOHNMARY KIRABO JOHNMARY was admitted with a diagnoses of Neonatal Sepsis, Septic ileus and Meningo-encephalitis which required admission in SCU, high flow oxygen support and continuous supportive management. He had been under management for the above on IV Antibiotics, high flow oxygen support, special feeding on donated Expressed Breast Milk (EBM) and special investigations like EEG, Cardiac Echo and Cranial and Brain scan to rule out any other abnormalities for now 12 days. As of today’s review, noted good improvement in his breathing and general condition, he has been weaned off from high flow oxygen support (CPAP) and put on free flow support (FFLO2), increased his total fluid intake (TFI) on EBM (donated expressed breast milk) and some medications were put on hold. Currently he is in fair stable state on continuous monitoring and management as we wait for other transitions from EBM to Formula, from NGT feeding to Oral feeding and a hold of remaining Antibiotics.
