CWAS-HEAD OFFICE is the coordinating body of the three Homes and all CWAS projects. it is located along Nsambya Estate Road, off Ggaba Road.
Its headed by the Exective Director who works directly with the Office Admministrator, the Accountant, and the General Projects Manager and support staff
to oversee the overall smooth runing of CWAS.

After COVID-19, CWAS was financially affected in its operations due to loss of some sponsors and donors and therefore CWAS established a coffee garden of 10 acres at Sango, Buwama Sub county, Mpigi District with the aim of generating income to sustain the Homes. Currently, productivity is still low due to limited resources to manage the garden. There is a great need to enhance production in order to achieve the goal. The total budget needed is 13.8 million UGX.
